The meeting was attended by Fatima Valiyeva, the head of the International Relations Department, Arzu Badalova, the coordinator of the department, Huseyn Musayev, the new president of the Student Council, and Nigar Asgarova, the social media manager of the International Students' Club.

Maxim Penkov, a member of the new management board of the Student Council in charge of work with foreign students, was also represented at the meeting (master's student majoring in psychology).

Within the framework of the meeting, discussions were held on the recent activities of the International Students' Club and the Student Council, and future collaborative initiatives were planned.

The objective was to foster the integration between the Student Council and the International Students Club and to ensure active involvement of foreign students in upcoming events.
