The founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, delivered an extensive presentation on June 4, 2025, at the seminar of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan on the topic "Research University and Industry: History and Today; Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence Changing the World," sharing his insights.

The event was attended by the Director of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, corresponding member of ANAS, Prof. Misir Mardanov, and the institute's staff members.

Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli's detailed presentation about the history and present state of Research Universities and Industry, and particularly about intelligence and artificial intelligence that have been changing the world recently, was received with great interest by the participants, and he was invited to speak again at future seminars to continue the topic. Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, in turn, invited the institute's staff members to seminars on "Artificial Intelligence" to be held at Khazar University.
