On June 18, 2025, "Times Higher Education" (THE), one of the world's most prestigious ranking organizations, announced the "THE University Impact Rankings 2025" ranking table, identifying the best world universities that distinguish themselves through their social and economic contributions based on the UN's "Sustainable Development Goals" for 2025.

The 7th edition of the ranking includes 2,526 universities from 130 countries.

Khazar University placed in the 401-600 range with the highest indicator for Azerbaijan in the aforementioned ranking.
