On November 29, 2023, the inaugural session of the "Smart Solutions" incubation program, backed by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, commenced at Khazar University, welcoming students from various universities. This forward-looking initiative unfolds within the Enterprise Hub platform established through the Creative Spark project at Khazar University.

The "Smart Solutions" incubation program extends over six months, involving a 10-day team-oriented boot camp for participating students. Following the boot camp, teams will collaborate with mentors both online and in person to develop their projects. The program will culminate with a final event where teams showcase their projects. The top three teams will receive awards and support for the future development of their ventures.
