The next seminar on “The Role of the Rectors 'Conference in the Development of the Higher Education System” on May 16-20, 2022, as part of the Erasmus+ ECAR “Establishment of Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan” project to which Khazar University is a partner, coordinated by Baku Business University and funded by the European Commission, was held at the Royal University of Technology, one of Sweden's leading universities.

A representative of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, rectors and vice-rectors from 15 Azerbaijani universities, as well as Khazar University Vice-Rector for International Relations Vlad Vernygora and other administrative members attended the seminar, which was dedicated to establishing a rectors' conference and studying European experience in developing higher education.

Monica Steinel, Deputy Secretary General of the European University Association, made a presentation on "Universities without Walls – A vision for 2030”.
