On March 21-25, 2022, Dean of School of Economics and Management, Dr. Jeyhun Mammadov and Dean of School of Science and Engineering, Dr. Fakhranda Alimardanova visited the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) in Portugal within the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) program.

During the visit, Khazar University representatives were introduced to IPB facilities in which scientific research and experiments are performed by Ph.D. students and faculty members. Meanwhile, fruitful meetings were held with the administration of the IPB, being in charge of management and engineering related study programs and international activities. The academic performance of Khazar University bachelor and master students participating in dual degree programs of Khazar University and Polytechnic Institute of Bragança was particularly emphasized and, as a strategy for further collaboration, the parties expressed their keen interest in developing joint training projects and dual-degree programs in Finance, Accounting, Tourism and Hotel Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Veterinary Medicine.
