On April 5, 2016, a presentation about Khazar University was delivered for the IB program students of Dunya School. The presentation was organized by the International Affairs Office and took place at Dunya School. 

Dr. Hassan Niknafs, President of Khazar University, opened the event by welcoming the participants and introducing the international students who were invited to speak about their experience at Khazar University. International students who participated in the event included those from Cameroon, Gambia, India, Iran, Nigeria, and Pakistan. International students shared their experience of studying at Khazar and reasons for choosing Khazar to continue their education.Guests also included a visiting independent researcher from Poland.

Turan Jafarova, Director of the International Affairs Office, delivered the presentation and spoke about Khazar University, its schools, programs it offers to local students, resources, laboratories, services, and events. Participants were informed about the ranking of Khazar University among other universities on local, regional, and international levels. Detailed information was also provided about the international partnerships of Khazar University as well as study and exchange opportunities for students.

The presentation ended with a question and answer session. Promotional materials of Khazar University were distributed to the participants of the presentation.
