On July 20-21, 2025, under the leadership of Khazar University's founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, university staff embarked on a cultural-recreational trip covering Quba, Qusar, and Shabran districts. This trip became a valuable initiative as a symbolic conclusion to the academic year and as a platform where plans for the new academic period were discussed, bringing together creativity and solidarity.
Throughout the trip, ashiq melodies, folk songs, and musical performances presented by Zulfiyya Sadigova, Director of Khazar University's Music and Arts Department, honored teacher and renowned pianist, along with department instructors ashiq Ramin Garayev and Mahsati Jabbarli, brought cultural richness and artistic atmosphere to the gathering. The presentation of Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli's poems with saz and vocals by ashiq Ramin Garayev and Associate Professor Dilbar Zeynalova, Director of the Languages and Literature Department, created special emotional moments for the participants.
The trip served not only as recreation but also as a source of idea exchange and inspiration for future activities. Preliminary discussions were held regarding events planned for the new academic year, including scientific-practical conferences, literary-artistic meetings, and cultural initiatives. Ideas and suggestions met with great interest and enthusiasm.
At the end of the trip, the Khazar University collective was hosted by Fidan Farzaliyeva, Chairman of Shabran Municipality. The warmly welcomed collective presented moments filled with art, poetry, and friendship to the hosts and gathering participants through music and words.
This trip spiritually completed the efforts of the past academic year while inspiring the collective, and on the other hand, was valued as the beginning of creative and intellectual preparation for the upcoming period. This trip, which serves as a clear example of Khazar University's commitment to science, art, and national-cultural values, left a deep impression in the participants' memory.
