An Article by Head of Political Sciences and Philosophy Department is in “Kriter” Journal

Assoc.Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, the head of Khazar University's Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, has contributed an article “The Turkic Response in the Age of Uncertainty: The Organization of Turkic States” (Belirsizlik Çağında Türk Refleksi: Türk Devletleri Teşkilatı) published in the monthly Turkish journal "Kriter" (December 2024, Volume 9, Issue 96).

In the article, the author touched upon the issues of Azerbaijan-Türkiye relations after the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War and the Shusha Declaration, how the common historical and cultural ties of the Turkic states shape their modern cooperation, and other related issues.
