On November 2, under the organization of the Baku Talented Youth Academy (BTYA) operating under the Youth Aid Fund, the head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, delivered a seminar on "Organization of Turkish States: From Idea to Reality." Students from various universities in Azerbaijan participated in the seminar.

Coordinator of BTYA, Shahali Jalilov, welcomed the participants and thanked Dr. Orkhan Valiyev for organizing the meeting with the youth. He emphasized that the seminar will be useful for the students, providing them with valuable knowledge that they can use in their future careers.

Following this, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev gave a detailed presentation on the Organization of Turkic Speaking States, discussing future projects aimed at strengthening cooperation between the organization’s member countries.

At the end of the event, the Baku Talented Youth Academy presented a commemorative gift to the guest.
