On October 3, 2024, Khazar University received a delegation from Poltava State Agrarian University of Ukraine.

The meeting with delegation was attended by Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, Rector of Khazar University, Prof. Muhammad Nuriyev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Ingilab Ahmadov, Dean of the Graduate School of Economics and Business, Lyudmila Sotova, Director of the Quality Assurance Center, Gunel Bahaddinova, Acting Dean of the Graduate School of Science, Arts and Technology, Khanim Nabiyeva, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Jamala Eldarova, Head of the Department of Life Sciences, Chichek Aliyeva, Coordinator for Veterinary Medicine at the Department of Life Sciences, and Fatima Valiyeva, Head of the International Relations Department.

The delegation from Poltava State Agrarian University included Oleksandr Halych, Rector of the University, Shostia Anatoliy, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Usenko Svitlana, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology, and Ilona Yasnolob, Head of the Scientific Research Department. Fatima Valiyeva and the guests provided detailed information about their respective universities.

Discussions were held on strengthening partnership and relations between Poltava State Agrarian University and Khazar University, and an agreement was concluded.

At the end of the meeting, gifts were presented and commemorative photos were taken.
