From September 10-13, 2024, the 10th International EMI Entrepreneurship & Social Sciences Congress was held in Taragovitse, Romania, featuring participation from 138 institutions and 276 scientists across 30 countries in a hybrid format.

Dr. Milana Abbasova, Head of the English Language and Literature Department at Khazar University, served as a keynote speaker at the opening session of the congress. She presented her research titled "Language Policy and Its Impact on National Identity: The Case of Azerbaijan" and moderated a panel discussion too.

Dr. Abbasova was awarded the Certificate for Best Research Paper for her outstanding work.
