On July 8, 2024, a meeting took place between the Portuguese Polytechnic Institute of Bragança and Khazar University as part of the ERASMUS+ (KA171) exchange program.
The Institute of Bragança was represented by Jose Carlos Lopez and Maria Olga de Amorim e Sá Ferreira. From Khazar University, the participants included Kamala Babayeva, coordinator of the Department of Economics and Management, Tahir Javadzade, a faculty member from the Chemical Engineering Department, Grigorii Penkov, a faculty member from the Petroleum Engineering Department, Fatima Valiyeva, the head of the International Relations Department, and Arzu Badalova, the coordinator.
In the continuation of the program, 3rd year student of Khazar University Jamila Isagova (Management) and 3rd year student Gunay Rustamova (Computer Science) met with the guests. Note that these students are scheduled to study at Institute of Bragança under the dual diploma program in the upcoming academic year.
The intensive one-day program concluded with a visit to the Ateshgah temple.
