I extend my heartfelt congratulations on your election as the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Iran share strong, time-honored relations rooted in shared religious and cultural ties and brotherhood. We are confident that, under your leadership, these traditional bonds of friendship and multifaceted cooperation will be further elevated.

Khazar University, as Azerbaijan's first private university, places significant emphasis on fostering cooperative relations with Iranian higher education institutions. We have established partnerships and signed agreements with several universities, including Tabriz University, Tehran University, Isfahan University, Amir Kabir University of Technology, Nasiruddin Tusi University of Technology, Tabriz Medical University, Tabriz Shahid Madani University, Ardabil University of Medical Sciences. There have been mutual visits, and we are committed to further developing these relationships. Our university is scientific and educational center where international, including Iranian, students and faculty study and work.
