From June 17-25, 2024, the founder of Khazar University and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, along with Prof. Mustafa Soylak, director of the university's Nano-Bioanalytical Chemistry Center, were on a working visit to Central Asian universities.

During the visit, they met with representatives of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty on June 18, Kyrgyz-Turkish university "Manas" in Bishkek on June 20, Tashkent State Technical University and Tashkent State Transport University on June 21, Uzbekistan “Silk Road” International Tourism University and Samarkand State University on June 24.

The visit focused on fostering cooperation between the universities in promising areas, resulting in bilateral agreements with Al-Farabi Gazakh National University, "Manas" Kyrgyz-Turkish university, Tashkent State Technical University, Tashkent State Transport University, Uzbekistan “Silk Road” International Tourism University and Samarkand State University.
