On April 5, 2024, at the High Attestation Commission (HAC) under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a Doctor of Philosophy diploma in Mathematics was presented to Khanim Omaroghlu, a doctoral student of the Department of Mathematics at Khazar University and the vice-dean of the School of Economics and Management. By the decision of the High Attestation Commission, she was awarded the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of 1202.01 - Analysis and Functional Analysis.

Note that on November 24, 2023, Khanim  Omaroghlu defended her dissertation titled "Some Properties of Integral Transformations of Harmonic Analysis" at the ED 1.04 Dissertation Council of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
