On May 16, 2025, AZTV's analytical program "Hadaf" provided a detailed analysis of the visit by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Tirana, the capital of Albania, for participation in the 6th Summit of the "European Political Community."

Speaking on the program, Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu, Director of the History and Archaeology Department at Khazar University, stated that Europe currently faces the most unfavorable geopolitical conditions during a period when a new world order is being formed. In this context, the rising strategic importance of Azerbaijan and the Turkic world in general deserves special attention.

The program also emphasized the strengthening of Azerbaijan's international position against the backdrop of recent regional developments and the significance of President Ilham Aliyev's diplomatic activities.
