The management structure of "Azeronline Ltd" Joint Venture (JV), one of the first Internet provider companies operating in Azerbaijan, has changed. Note that "Azeronline LTD" JV was founded in 1999 by "Azercell Telecom", it is its subsidiary company.

From April 2024, Kanan Elkhan oghlu Masumov was appointed as the General Manager of JV "Azeronline Ltd". Kanan Masumov, who has more than 15 years of experience in the field of telecommunications, has worked in various management positions in the field of fixed internet business management for the past 3 years, served as the Commercial Director at "Azerconnect" and the Advisor to the General Director at "Baku Telefon Rabitesi" LLC.

 Kanan Masumov graduated from Khazar University with a bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations (2005-2011). He also studied at Berkshire Community College, USA. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration at the Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom, which is considered one of the world's leading business schools.
