On April 8-9, 2024, the next meeting was held in Ganja within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of the Azerbaijan Rectors' Conference", coordinated by Baku Business University and funded by the European Commission. Fatima Valiyeva, head of Khazar University's International Relations Department, participated in the meeting.

On the first day of the event, at the committee meeting held at the Azerbaijan University of Technology (Ganja), the university's vice-rector for Educational Affairs Assoc. Prof. Ragif Huseynov welcomed the participants and highlighted that this project enhances the inter-university relations in order to increase the role of higher education institutions in the internationalization of education and the digital and innovative economy.

At the meeting held with the participation of the responsible persons of the partner higher educational institution,  Assoc. Prof.  Jala Garibova, vice-rector for international relations of Azerbaijan University of Languages, chairperson of the previous Internationalization Committee, presented the report of the committee. Eshgin Bayramov, vice-rector for international relations of Baku Business University, informed the participants about the re-election of committee chairman and deputy chairman, and voting was held.

On the next day of the event, the meeting held at the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University discussed the future activities of the Internationalization Committee created within the framework of the project. Then the guests got acquainted with the material and technical base of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University.
