At the event, Gulnar Ismayilova, the leading specialist of the Monitoring Center, delivered a report on "The language that keeps the nationality of each nation alive", and Dr. Sevinj Gambarova, a lecturer of the Department of Languages and Literatures of Khazar University, gave a report on "The lack of staff and methodological resources in teaching linguistics in higher schools". The event concluded with speeches from participants and engaging discussions on the presented topics.
