I am Li Yushan, a student from Peking University heading to Khazar University in Azerbaijan for a five-month training course. My focus is on International Relations and Diplomacy, especially exploring the evolving relationship between China and Azerbaijan through the "Belt and Road" Initiative.

I am also diving into improving the Azerbaijani language. Azerbaijani holds a personal connection for me, as I studied it during my bachelor's in China. With language skills, I hope that with my language skills, I will be able to make good friendships with the students here.

I chose Khazar University for its international and multicultural environment, excellent teaching resources, and guidance from my mentor, Dr. Farid Guliyev. I believe my time here will be enriching.

Beyond academics, I am excited to explore Azerbaijan's cultural richness, historical significance, and experience the warmth of its people.

My research will focus on the Trans-Caspian International Transportation Route, crucial in today's global dynamics. I hope my insights will contribute to academic discussions.

I am also looking forward to participating in various university activities, fostering academic and cultural growth.
