On February 19, 2024, the opening seminar of the "Theoretical Physics Scientific Research Center" of Khazar University was held. The seminar was attended by Khazar University teaching staff, students and staff of the research center. Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, founder of Khazar University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, opened the event and extended best wishes for the center's endeavors. The director of the center, Shahin Mammadov, provided a comprehensive overview of the activities of the research center and the work to be done.

Dr. Bahruz Suleymanli, one of the employees of the center, gave a speech on "Condensed state and mean field theory in hypernuclear physics" and concluded his work with the discussions of the seminar participants.

At the end, speaker Dr. Bahruz Suleymanli was presented with a certificate.
