On February 13, 2024, a significant gathering of public relations directors of all universities was held at Azerbaijan Technical University. Sabuhi Rzayev, head of the Public Relations and Communication Department of the Ministry of Science and Education, opened the meeting with an introductory speech, stating that the purpose of the meeting was to foster direct acquaintance between university representatives and to enhance public relations.

Public Relations and Media Director Alovsat Amirbeyli from Khazar University attended the meeting. He provided comprehensive insights into the university's public relations efforts to both Ministry of Education representatives and other participants.

During the meeting, attendees unanimously agreed on the importance of regularly convening such gatherings and further expanding public relations initiatives within higher education institutions.
