On January 17, 2024, the pre-defense of the dissertation presented by Mohammad Ali Mofleh Al Qudah, a doctoral student of the Department of Computer Science of Khazar University, was held on the topic "Utilizing Artificial Intelligence Technologies for Public Services in E-Government" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in 1203.01 – “Computer sciences".

The meeting was attended by both department employees and specialists invited from various institutions. According to the procedure of the pre-defense, after the presentation of the doctoral student, the opinions of reviewers were heard, questions were asked and speeches were made. At the end of the meeting, it was decided to present the dissertation for defense in the relevant Dissertation Council.
