On December 22, 2023, a field trip to the "Norm Cement" plant was organized, involving 3rd-year students in Chemical Engineering, as well as 3rd and 4th-year students in Civil Engineering. The company's Human Resources Supervisor, Tamerlan Alakbarli, provided comprehensive information about the enterprise.

Subsequently, the students received an explanation of the operational principles of the furnace, the key component in cement production.

Rufat Oguzturk, a chemical engineer at the "Norm Cement" plant, then enlightened the students about laboratory conditions, device operations, and the rules of their use.
