On November 30, 2023, an educational seminar dedicated to the "World One Health Day" was held in the conference hall of the "Khazar Inji" hotel in Buzovna, organized by the Department of Life Sciences of Khazar University. In addition to the professor-teacher staff of the Department of Life Sciences, the students of the department actively participated in the seminar.

During the seminar, Chichek Aliyeva, a lecturer from the Department of Life Sciences, delivered a comprehensive presentation on "Zoonosis" diseases. Her report covered the causes, methods of transmission, protective measures, and she engaged in an in-depth discussion, answering numerous questions from the participating students.

After the seminar, the participants were involved in cleaning the beach area around the Caspian Sea. The event aimed to recognize and raise awareness of health issues affecting people, animals and ecosystems in Azerbaijan and around the world.
