History and Archeology Department Head at the “IV International Turkic Civilization" Conference in Kyrgyzstan

On November 23-25, 2023, Telman Nüsratoğlu, the head of the Department of History and Archeology of Khazar University, participated in the "IV International Turkic Civilization" conference, which brought together over a hundred scholars from diverse global universities around the world, in Bishkek.

During the opening panel, the department head delivered an extensive presentation on the influence of Turkish-Azerbaijani military collaboration and its role in fostering deeper integration within the Turkic world.
