On November 17-18, 2023, Dr. Orkhan Valiyev, head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy of Khazar University, participated in the "XXVI Republican Scientific Conference for Doctoral Students and Young Researchers" organized by the Education Institute of the Republic of Azerbaijan at Baku State University and dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The Rector of Baku State University, Elchin Babayev, announced the conference, and then the Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Emin Amrullayev, the President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Academician Isa Habibbeyli, and the Acting Director of the Azerbaijan Education Institute, Elnur Aliyev, delivered speeches. In his speech, Elnur Aliyev provided details about the articles accepted for the conference in his speech.

Following the opening, the conference proceeded with the presentation of articles in various sections, concluding with a closing event and a report session.
