A seminar entitled "Genomic study of immunoglobulin (IG) loci in primates" will be organized by the Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology and the Department of Life Science. Turkan Samadova is a doctoral student pursuing her PhD at University of Montpellier, France in "Immunogenetics” under the tripartite agreement with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Khazar University within the program "Doctoral Education Abroad to Increase the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023.
On September 21, 2023, the doctoral student held a seminar entitled "Genomic study of immunoglobulin (IG) loci in primates" at Khazar University. Along with the teaching staff of the Department of Life Sciences, II, III and IV year students majoring in biology teaching, chemistry and biology teaching took part in the seminar. At the seminar, a detailed presentation was made on the synthesis of immunoglobulins, prototypes of genes, search and comparative analysis of genes based on existing references in databases. After the presentation, Turkan Samadova answered the participants' questions and interesting discussions were held on the topic.
