On September 20, 2023, on the 2nd day of the 23rd China International Industry Fair in the People's Republic of China, the delegation of Khazar University attended a meeting held at Shanghai University and Pan Shu Science and Technology Park. The delegation of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University also attended the meeting.

Following the presentations of the universities, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli discussed the details of the memorandum of understanding signed between Khazar University and Shanghai University and Pan Shu Science and Technology Park. The meeting ended with mutual discussions of university representatives and keepsakes were presented. At the end, the Pan Shu Science and Technology Park was inspected.
