The book "Happiness doesn't fall from the sky..." by Nailakhanim Isayeva, the prominent educator, creator and founder of "Dunya" school, was published by Khazar University Publishing House.

The developers of the book are Afag Gambarova and Hamlet Isakhanli, the editor is Isakhan Isakhanli, and the artist is Rafig Mirabdulrahimov. Computer work was performed by Narmina Gasimova.

The first chapter of the book, entitled “A mother's hug is the warmest, sweetest hug...", consists of memories written by Nailekhanim Isayeva from her childhood to the last years of her life. At the end of the chapter, Nailekhanim Isayeva's speech on the 50th anniversary of Isakhan Isakhanli (February 15, 2012) and Isakhan Isakhanli's meeting with her in the hospital, entitled "Notes to a Caring Angel...", was added.

The second chapter entitled "Letters" consists of Hamlet Isakhanli's foreword "About Nailekhanim’s letters", 11 letters sent by Nailekhanim Isayeva to Hamlet Isakhanli, and a congratulatory letter written to her granddaughter Janan on her seventh birthday.

In the third chapter, "This was a life...", Nailekhanim Isayeva's speeches at events related to the activities of the "Dunya" school are given. The foreword of the book "Bahlul Abdulla - a loving scientist and pedagogue" about Bahlul Abdulla, an outstanding folklorist scientist who was an instructor of Khazar University and "Dunya" school, is included in this chapter. Graduates of "Dunya" school also share their words of gratitude about their beloved teacher, Director of "Dunya" Educational Complex Nailekhanim Isayeva in this chapter.

In the "Appendixes" section of the book, the series of measures carried out to perpetuate the life history and memory of Nailekhanim Isayeva is reflected.

Throughout the book, People's artists Gulyanag Mammadova, Brilliant Dadashova, Ilgar Muradov, Ramiz Hasanoglu, Flora Karimova, Honored Art Worker Javanshir Guliyev, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor Ilham Pirmammadov and Doctor of History, Professor Solmaz Rustamova-Tohidi express their heartfelt words about Nailekhanim Isayeva.
