At the II Turkish World Literature and Book Festival, which was opened in Baku on June 5, 2023, Khazar University also has a stand and the university's publications are displayed there. The festival, held in the park in front of the ANAS building on Huseyn Javid Avenue, is organized by the International Union of Turkish Authors, TURKSOY, TURKPA, Yunus Amre Institute, ILESAM Azerbaijan Writers Union (AWU), the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Culture Committee of the Milli Majlis, ANAS and other institutions.

Each day of the festival, supposed to last until June 11, is held in honor of one country – Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Hungary.

Meetings with writers, signing days, poetry hours, film screenings are organized at the event.
