On May 30, 2023, the participants of the mentoring program within the framework of the "Skills for the Future" project implemented at the initiative of the "Innovations Center" of the State Agency for Citizen Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Kamala Mustafayeva and Humay Huseynova, held a seminar entitled "Team building and emotional intelligence".

The seminar was attended by students of the School of Economics and Management, the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences. The seminar touched upon the issues of Organization of the team and its importance in the modern business environment, and the students were instructed to plan a business model as a team within the framework of the “Business Model of Canvas”. The activities of the teams and the speeches of the team leaders, questions and answers were met with interest.

In the second part of the seminar, mentor Humay Huseynova gave interactive information to students about emotional intelligence.
