On May 22-26, 2023, Khazar University Library Information Center (LIC) Deputy Director Aytaj Misgarli participated in the International Staff Week organized by Sabancı University (Türkiye) as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Exchange Program (KA 107).

Representatives from Azerbaijan, India, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Peru, Russia, Iran and other countries participated in the event.

On the first day of the week, representatives from different countries made presentations about their universities. The following days, presentations of representatives of Sabanci University, trainings, seminars, as well as cultural events were held. As part of the trip, visits to Topkapı Palace, Basilica Cistern and Palace of the Porphyrogenitus in Istanbul were organized.

At the end of the event, each participant was awarded a certificate by the deputy dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of Sabancı University.
