On May 25, 2023, Expressbank held a master class at Khazar University, organized by the Career Center. The master class was attended by students of the 3rd-4th year undergraduate and graduate students majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering of the School of Economics and Management. The purpose of the event was to familiarize students with Expressbank's team members and organizational structure, to create career and internship opportunities for young people, and to familiarize them with the competitions, test interviews, and banking business.
Nigar Isayeva, a specialist of Expressbank's Training and Education Department, gave information about competitions organized by the bank, development opportunities related to career in the company, transparency, innovation and other issues important for the bank.
Service specialists - Lala Salmanova and Hashim Alizade talked about the principles of customer recognition, and at this time, as in other parts of the training, in addition to providing information, questions and answers were conducted interactively.
Employees of the bank, Nazrin Nadirli and Samir Osmanov, shared their valuable information about sales with the students, and at that time, a competition was held, which was one of the most interesting parts of the master class. 3 volunteers were asked to "sell" the items given to them to other students and a vote was held, at the end of the competition all three students were awarded with gifts.
