On April 20, 2023, Inci Shikhaliyeva, PhD student at Istanbul University in Türkiye, gave a speech entitled "Flow cytometry and HPLC: working principle and application areas" at the seminar organized at Khazar University.

Inci Shikhaliyeva is studying for a doctoral degree in "Molecular biology and genetics" at Istanbul University based on a tripartite agreement with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Khazar University within the framework of the "State Program for Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023".

The seminar was attended by the faculty and students of the Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology, as well as the Department of Life Sciences. After the report of doctoral student Inci Shikhaliyeva, questions related to the topic were answered and discussions were held.
