On April 24-28, 2023, Khazar University staff-deputy dean for scientific affairs of the Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology Gunel Bahaddinova and deputy dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Aygun Verdiyeva attended the International Staff Week organized by Kutahya Dumlupınar University (Türkiye) within the framework of the Erasmus+ staff exchange program (KA107171). The event was attended by about 12 university staff from 70 countries.

According to the program of the event, reports on internationalization and mobility, how to manage and support an international project, international networks and the importance of strategy were delivered by the university staff.

At the International Staff Week, trainings, seminars, as well as cultural events were held. After the presentations of various university staff, Khazar University employees had a meeting with Dr.Yunus Shishman, head of the International Relations Department of Dumlupinar University. During the meeting, discussions were held on strengthening relations between universities and organizing joint activities in new projects. At the same time, visits to “Sitki Olcar Tile Museum”, “House of Culture and Art”, “Kutahya Museum Of City History”and “Aizanoi” ancient Greek village were organized in Kutahya.

At the end of the event, each participant was awarded a certificate by the rector of Kutahya Dumlupınar University.
