On April 24-28, 2023, professors Karellas Georgios and Carmen Medrea of West Attica University, Athens, Greece, visited Khazar University's Geography and Environment Department and International Relations Office within the Erasmus+ Staff Exchange Program (Erasmus+ KA107171).
According to the program, Aytac Misgarli, the deputy director of the university's Library Information Center, introduced the guests to the activities of the center. Fatima Valiyeva and Turan Alizadeh, coordinators of the International Relations Office, gave them detailed information about the exhibits reflecting the life and activities of the outstanding educator Nailekhanim Isayeva at the Nailekhanim Cultural Center. Then the guests got acquainted with the activities of the university's lecture halls and laboratories.
The guests visited the Department of Geography and Environment and the head of the department, Rovshan Abbasov, informed about the activities of the department and held negotiations on cooperation. The delegation got acquainted with the International Relations Office and the coordinators gave information about the office and its activities.
At the end of the program, a certificate and a gift were presented to the delegation.
