On April 15, 2023, the Azerbaijan Hotel Association (AHA) held a career day for students and graduates looking for jobs in the field of hospitality with the cooperation of the State Tourism Agency, the State Employment Agency and the State Agency for Vocational Education. 47 hotels and companies that are members of AHA participated in the event with vacancy and internship programs.

The Career Day was attended by students and graduates of various universities and vocational schools, 800 people directed by the State Employment Agency as job seekers. Unlike traditional career days, master classes on hospitality were organized as part of the event.

Representatives of AHA member hotels held presentations and interactive sessions on various topics.

Career Day was also attended by Khazar University Career Center employee Mustafa Hasanli and university students and graduates. In the end, students and graduates applied for employment or internship in relevant companies in their field.
