On April 3-7, 2023, Almudena Vicente Aranda, an employee of the Catholic University of San Antonio, located in Murcia, Spain, was received by the International Relations Office of Khazar University within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Exchange Program (KA 107171, Training Mobility).

On the first day of the program, an introductory meeting with the office staff was held. At the meeting, Fatima Valiyeva, the coordinator of the International Relations Office, presented a presentation about Khazar University and a promotional video about the sights of Azerbaijan. The employee of San Antonio Catholic University also made a presentation about the university she represents.

In accordance with the program, Tatyana Zaytseva, director of the Library Information Center, and Aytac Misgarli, deputy director informed the guest about center’s activities. In the Nailkhanim Culture Center, she got acquainted with the exhibits reflecting the life and activities of Nailekhanim Isayeva. Elshan Abdullayev, head of the Oil Engineering Department, introduced the guest to the department's activities.

A meeting was held with the head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, Orkhan Valiyev, and the guest received detailed information about the department. Almudena Vicente Aranda met with Baba Bayramov, the faculty member of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, attended his "History of International Relations" class as a listener and informed the students about the university where she works and its programs.

On the next day of the program, a workshop on "Internationalization in Higher Education Institutions" was held by vice-rector for International Relations Vlad Vernygora.

On the last day of the visit, the guest went on an excursion to the State Historical-Architectural Reserve "Ateshgah Temple".

At the end of the program, a certificate and a gift were presented to Almudena Vicente Aranda by the vice-rector for International Relations.
