On March 27, 2023, a meeting was held with Asef Tanveer Awan, an employee of MUSLIM Institute, at the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences of Khazar University. In the meeting attended by Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Associate Professor Elza Samadova, Head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy Dr. Orkhan Valiyev and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Tarlan Orujova, the foundation of future cooperation was laid, ideas were exchanged regarding holding events and conferences on culture, literature, international relations and other topics, conducting joint research, and organizing exchange programs.
