On March 16, 2023, the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan presented a "Letter of Appreciation" to Khazar University for its activities in the field of promoting the involvement of foreign citizens in higher education institutions and organizing their education.

Thus, considering responsible approach to letters and inquiries sent from the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, prompt implementation, growth dynamics in the number of foreigners over the last 5 academic years, effective use of atis.edu.az and portal.edu.az systems, social activity of foreign students Khazar University was awarded with the "Letter of Appreciation" by the Ministry's Order No. 3-29/3-1-250K/2023, dated 20.02.2023.

At the presentation meeting, the deputy minister Firudin Gurbanov shared important points and recommendations with the representatives of higher education institutions in the field of attracting foreign citizens to HEIs.

Fatima Valiyeva and Arzu Badalova, employees of Khazar University's International Relations Department, took part in the meeting. At the end of the meeting, the deputy minister presented a "Letter of Appreciation".
