On February 27, 2023, professor, academician Hamlet Isaxanli participated in the jubilee event held at the Azerbaijan National Conservatory on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of People's Artist, kamancha player, lecturer of the conservatory Elshan Mansurov with the joint project of the "Uzundera" Kamancha Ensemble of the Azerbaijan National Conservatory and the Chamber Orchestra of Khazar University.

The event was opened by the rector of the conservatory, People's Artist Professor Siyavush Karimi, and the vice-rector of the conservatory, Honored Art Worker Professor Lala Huseynova spoke about the life and activities of the jubilee.

In the wide concert program of the event, the song "Gözeldir" (“It is beautiful”) with lyrics by Hamlet Isakhanli and music by Nailekhanim Isayeva was performed for the first time by the Kamancha Ensemble of the National Conservatory "Uzundera" and the Chamber Orchestra of Khazar University (solo Elshan Mansurov).
