The first meeting of the Committee on Strategic Development was held within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of the Conference of Rectors in Azerbaijan" (ECAR). The seminar was carried out under the coordination of Baku Business University, with the financial support of the European Commission and the partnership of Khazar University.

Initially, the partners got acquainted with the committee members at the online meeting. Also, conducting discussions on strategic development issues, functions of the committee, requirements for candidacy for the chairmanship of the committee, rules for selecting the board and chairman were the main topics discussed during the meeting. In the course of the discussions, the opinions of the partners were taken into consideration and proper amendments were suggested.

At the meeting, 2 people were nominated for the position of chairman of the management board. In the end, the chairman and his deputies were appointed. Raziya Isayeva, head of the Development Center, represented Khazar University at the meeting.
