On December 17, 2022, the UniLab National Conference of the Erasmus+ UniLab project (610245-EPP-1-2019-1-BE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) was held at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU), organized by Khazar University and the ASOIU.

Elnura Ahmadzade, coordinator of Khazar University's Career Center, Jala Rzayeva, project manager of the Development Center, and Jala Alizade, project assistant, took part in the conference. In the opening section of the conference, Jala Rzayeva and Elnura Ahmadzadeh presented a final report on the work done at Khazar University within the framework of the UniLab project. The conference was moderated by Leyla Naghiyeva, head of the International Projects Sector of the International Department of ASOIU.

At the conference, panel discussions were held on the topics "Problems faced by students and employers when applying for vacancies and internship programs and steps taken to solve them" and "Place and role of young people in business life: industry and university cooperation".

Ali Gurbanli, an employee of the State Employment Service, Berna Baysal, the CEO of Karmasis Azerbaijan, Zafar Mammadov, the founder of Zafaroglu, Elvin Abbasov, the Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Information and Communication Technologies Industry Association (AIKTSA), and Elchin Babayev, executive director of "Baku Textile Factory" LLC, Tehran Aliyev, director of VITAM company, Nadir Karimov, technical director of ATEF company and Elkhan Sultanli, director of Dadashli Business Group took part in the discussions.

The conference was held in an interactive form with the active participation of students.
