From October 27 to November 5, 2022, Ramin Allahverdiyev, a teacher of the Khazar University Psychology Department and a psychologist of the Republican Narcology Center, organized seminars on "Harmful effects of the use of psychoactive substances" for students of English language teaching, Design and Economics majors.

The purpose of the seminars was to inform the students about the harms of psychoactive substances to human health, and discussions were held on the fact that sometimes young people are interested in substance use due to socioeconomic and family problems, and sometimes it can be caused by the negative effects of inappropriate social circles. Students were given information about alternative ways to protect their mental and physical health, what they could do, and their questions were answered.
