The UN Day event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the UN-Azerbaijani partnership was held in Baku which was attended by state and UN officials, representatives of the diplomatic corps and civil society, founder of Khazar University, chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli.

Delivering the opening speech, UN Resident Coordinator Vladanka Andreeva and Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov noted the importance of UN-Azerbaijan partnership in order to achieve sustainable development goals.

At the event, which continued with the presentation of a photo exhibition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the UN-Azerbaijan partnership, the Khazar University Chamber Orchestra (artistic director, head of the university's Music and Art Department, honored teacher, pianist Zulfiyya Sadighova) performed the works of Azerbaijani composers.
