Khazar University development center is organizing a one-month “Career Development Month” to increase students’ career opportunities within the framework of the Unilab project.

The first training within that month took place on October 3, 2022. In the "Job Search" training, "FireWorks" Human Resources Specialist Mina Shkhalili and Recruiting Specialist Gulnar Shahmuradova gave participants the "SWOT" test, "16 personality types" test, job search methods based on their deep experience, "how to make a good CV" should be prepared", "what is a motivation letter and how to write it", the role of social networks, including the "LinkedIn profile in our work life, "how a professional LinkedIn profile should be" and "preparation for a job interview" were discussed.
