He noted that "the main river that brings water to the Caspian Sea is the Volga River, and 80 percent of the water flows here through the Volga River. We have to adapt to the level reductions in all cases. Greenery should be planted in areas with a drop in the level of the Caspian Sea. In addition, the use of water from the Kura River, which flows into the Caspian Sea, should be reduced. These can gradually prevent the lowering of the level of the Caspian Sea."
