Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University
To Professor Hamlet Isakhanli,
Chairman of Khazar University's Board of Directors, and Trustees
Dear Hamlet Isakhanli,
First of all, as a book lover, I would like to express my gratitude to you for the work that contains this important and quite interesting information that you dedicated to our beautiful Karabakh, known for its rich cultural heritage, magnificent history, valuable public figures and artists.
Especially after our 44-day Karabakh Victory, I, as an Azerbaijani, was deeply moved and delighted by the fact that there is an interesting book about our Karabakh, which is an integral part of our homeland, a center of science, education, culture and music.
I believe that your presentation of a real intellectual approach to the history of Karabakh, which is one of the important centers of the Caucasus, by combining various directions, will be one of the main points of interest for the readers.
I can say with certainty that this book you have written entitled "My Karabakh or the Karabakh Knot" will have a special place in the library of our university and play an important role, especially for our young people, as a source of information that gives a brief look at the history of Karabakh, reflects the emergence of the Karabakh problem in a step-by-step form, and sheds light on the approach of the international world to solving the problem, especially in modern times.
To date, many books have been written, are being written and will be written about the aforementioned topic. The most important aspect that interests us as readers is that an honest author and intellectual like you approach the known issue.
I wish you a lot of success and achievements in your further scientific creation.
Sincerely,
Rector Ilham Madatov
